👻🎃Octobers News in the Realm 👻🎃

Happy October! May your month be filled with blessings, more treats than tricks, and a plethora of pumpkin-spiced goodies!

I hope this newsletter finds you in good spirits! This is my inaugural monthly post, where I aim to share updates from The Realm of Alchemy and sprinkle tidbits of positivity and magic wherever possible. 🧙‍♂️🔮

In Canada, we celebrate both Thanksgiving and Halloween this month, making it an ideal time to express gratitude for our ancestors, family, and friends. As the month progresses, the veil between our world and the spirit realm thins, facilitating easier communication between the 2. This makes it an opportune moment to address ancestral issues and past lives whose energies affect our daily existence.

Gratitude is a powerful tool for releasing negative and toxic energies and infusing our lives with happiness and grace. It creates a perfect environment for self-transformation, healing, and manifestation.
There are numerous ways to practice gratitude:
1) Consider writing a daily gratitude list throughout the month. To enhance its energy, place it on a plate or in a jar, adding some fall colours, pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice) or any fall-themed items like colorful leaves or acorns to decorate whatever you are using. The use of correspondences amplifies the energy of your intentions making them more powerful. Vocalizing your list can significantly boost its power as well.
On the final day of the month, you might light a candle (observing all safety precautions) and recite your list aloud, then burn, bury, or dispose of it, sending your intentions out to the universe for the highest good of all. Remember, there's no right or wrong way to do this—just be safe and have fun! 🦇

2) Ho'oponopono, the powerful Hawaiian mantra for forgiveness, also encompasses gratitude and is highly effective in addressing generational and past life issues. Recite it with the intention of expressing gratitude for forgiveness of past mistakes and transgressions, both yours and those of your ancestors, across this and all lifetimes. This practice can lead to significant positive changes in your life and is applicable to any situation where you feel the need to send gratitude and forgiveness. Simply repeat the mantra until you sense a shift in energy. You may find it necessary to divide your sessions over time. Remember, there is no correct or incorrect method; proceed as you are able. Feel free to alter the sequence of the mantra or omit parts if necessary. Do what feels right for you. Here is the mantra: I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
It's truly that simple! ✨

3) Consider creating a gratitude board by affixing photos, words, images, stickers, or anything else that signifies what you're thankful for on a piece of Bristol board . Place it where you can see it often. Let it serve as a reminder of your blessings, filling your heart and aura with gratitude and joy. 👽

4) Get creative and enjoy finding daily reminders of your gratitude. 🕸
